Paul is a highly successful and popular member of the Kent and London business community, having worked with and supported businesses in the South East for over 30 years. Paul is a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant and has spent most of his career in senior management and Finance Director roles within industry and commerce. With extensive experience within the Transport, Hospitality, Not-for-profit and Construction industries Paul has successfully managed businesses which range from start-up to a complex international group with £65m turnover, achieving significant success and several accolades for those companies he has been involved with.Paul started Mercer Accountants when he saw a need for a local firm which could provide a professional yet personal service, at rates that simply couldn’t be matched by the larger Accountancy Practices. Paul’s experience as a Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager with many SME businesses and having worked with a wide range of accountancy practices have given him detailed understanding and knowledge of how businesses operate and how an Accountant can save a client both time and money.
